Refund policy

We want you to love your Sadie J. & Co. purchase! Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected..
