A: Most orders are handmade and ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or bulk orders may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary by location.

Q: What materials are your earrings made from?
A: Our earrings are crafted from 1/8" Baltic birch wood and/or acrylic, with all stainless-steel hardware for sensitive ears. If a pair of wood earrings has color, it is individually hand-painted, making every piece one of a kind.

Q: Who designs and makes your jewelry?
A: We’re a husband-wife duo! Cara designs all of our pieces, and Jeramy maintains the lasers and personally assembles each pair of earrings by hand.

Q: Where do your designs come from?
A: Our designs are a mix of original creations and files we purchase from other talented small businesses — because supporting fellow makers is important to us!

Q: Are your stickers durable?
A: Yes! Our vinyl stickers are designed by Cara and professionally printed by another small business in Lytle, Texas. They’re waterproof, scratch-resistant, and UV-protected — perfect for water bottles, laptops, and outdoor gear.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes, we love bringing custom ideas to life! Whether you want a personalized engraving, bulk order, or a special design, reach out to us and we’ll make it happen.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you’re not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted on unused, non-custom items. Custom orders are final sale unless defective.

Q: My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: Contact us with photos right away and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Q: How should I care for my wood earrings?
A: Keep them dry and store them in a safe place when not in use. Avoid swimming or showering while wearing them to preserve the wood and paint.

Q: Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?
A: Yes, but we recommend hand-washing to protect the powder-coated finish and keep the laser engraving looking sharp.

Q: How do I get the best use out of my stickers?
A: Apply to clean, dry, and smooth surfaces. Our stickers are waterproof and UV-resistant, making them perfect for outdoor gear, water bottles, and laptops.
