Our Namesake:

Sadie J. & Co. is the result of my hobby turned small business. I've had multiple creative hobbies over the years, I know it all started when my grandmother, Sadie June, taught me how to crochet and knit in elementary school. My creativity has always been encouraged by my grandmother so when I couldn't decide on a name for my shop, I decided to name it after the person who has always encouraged me to be creative.

Growing up near the coast in the small, rural town of Nome, Alaska, I've always felt a deep connection to the rugged beauty of the Alaskan landscape, especially its coastline. This connection inspires much of my work, as I strive to create items that not only represent the unique spirit of Alaska but also capture the essence of its coastal regions. From the windswept shores to the vibrant marine life, each piece I create carries a piece of my home and my heart, bringing a touch of Alaskan coastal charm to you. I hope that the items that come from my creative outlet bring you just as much joy as I did in making them for you.
